Fantastic restaurant in down town in the city of Minden. This is a wonderful historic building with a charming, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiente is stylish modern but perfectly supports the architecture of all the rooms. The food is absolutely delicious based on Bohemian and German cuisine. No matter if you are on a date with your loved ones, family celebrations or with colleagues from work, this restaurant is THE place to go. In addition the staff is well trained and courtesy is all around. For those who want to top-up this experience to another level, visit the Böhmerwald when the weather is warm and cosy were one can sit outside in the beer garden under huge chestnut trees. Just lovely and an experience one will remember for a long long time.
